New Applicant Interest Form

The Birthline Maternity Home is a residence for pregnant women who are homeless or experiencing housing instability. We offer a safe place where accepted applicants are given the opportunity to have their children, experience supportive programming and relationships, and gain skills and stability for the next chapter of their lives.

Once eligible, the woman is invited to live in community with others on a similar, yet unique journey.  She is connected with resources, services, counseling, and enriching programs created to empower and equip her with the future she envisioned for herself and child, and eventually experience long-term stability beyond her stay in the Birthline Maternity Home.  Our desire is for her journey with us to have outcomes which bless her, and we pray that as she moves forward she will find truth in the statement “'For I know the plans I have for you', declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.'” Jeremiah 29:11

Initial Eligibility Requirements:

  • Ages 18 to 35.

  • Homeless or experiencing housing instability.

  • Desire to carry baby to full term.

  • Currently substance-free.

Process:

After our staff reviews your Interest Form, you will be contacted within 3 business days. For those who qualify to continue with the process, we will schedule a personal meeting that will take place at the Birthline office. We will do our best to provide other resources to those who may not meet our requirements at this time.

The initial meeting takes place in Birthline’s office @ 1511 East 11th St, Suite #160, Loveland CO.  All who walk through our doors are treated with respect, non-judgment, and total confidentiality in a caring environment. We carefully assess the unique needs and situation of each applicant and make a decision if living in a maternity home environment would be an appropriate resource for her.

Even if you don’t think you qualify, we encourage you to contact us. We have access to many resources that may be helpful for you including counseling, maternity clothing, and referrals to other community agencies.
